While enrolled in this class, participants will learn how to use CAD to create digital 3D models of their own design. These models may be used for online simulations or turned into a physical model with 3D printing.
In this hands-on class, participants will dive into digital 3D modeling using OnShape, an online product development platform.
Skills learned in OnShape can easily be applied to other design programs, such as Fusion 360, empowering students to explore various CAD software in the future. This training will prepare participants to create models ready for 3D printing, CNC routing, and more using Lacey MakerSpace tools.
Please bring your own laptop. At the start of the class, we’ll walk through setting up your OnShape account so you’re ready to jump right in!
Reccomended: Computer mouse
