Celebrate spring with leaves! This creative and hands-on class will inspire you to explore art in a fun and approachable way.
In this concrete leaf casting class, you’ll make a unique and beautiful leaf for indoor or outdoor use. You’ll also have the chance to paint a pre-hardened leaf, adding your personal touch. Finished leaves can be wrapped with wire for display, and you’ll take home two leaves—one painted and one that needs to harden.
Whether you’re an experienced artist or a complete beginner, this class is for everyone! Nature’s leaves are always stunning, and your creations will be too.
Please wear comfortable clothes that can get messy, as working with cement may get your sleeves dirty.
Instructor Bio:
Jeanette has been working with cement art for a number of years – creating leaf prints from backyard Rhubarb to skunk cabbage leaves. The leaf castings can catch water for birds, add decoration to your outside space and hang on your walls indoors with wire wrapping. She has taught the class to groups for a number of years at retreats and small group settings.

Closed toed shoes are required. Anyone ages 12 and up are welcome. Attendees under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian present at all times.
* A signed/completed waiver is required before attending class. Can be done at the front desk before class.
Class refund policy:
– 7 calendar days or more before the class start date: Refunds will be given, minus a 10% service fee (Eventbrite fees non-refundable)
– 6 calendar days to 2 days before class start date: Refunds, minus a 10% service fee, will be issued in the form of a credit voucher to be applied to a future offering within 1-year of the issue date.
– No refunds issued within 48 hours of any class offering.
